The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Position/ Job Title	Head Interbank (VP/ SVP)
Reporting to	Divisional Head – Financial Markets Trading Division
Academic/ Professional Qualification	Minimum Bachelor’s d.egree from HEC recognized University/ Institute . Master’s degree or any releva·nt professional certification will be preferred .
Experience	Minimum 10 years of Banking/ Financial Institution experience . candidates having experience of working in Treasury will be preferred .
Other Skills / Expertise/ Knowledge Required	Ability to formulate strategies and implement them by leadi11g from the front to maximize the income and minimize risk. Ability to work within tight timelines and under pressure. Strong analytical and problem solving skills . Decision making ability . In depth knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.. Ability to lead and manage team . Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and relevant software. Well versed with regulations relevant to FX interbank and fixed income trading.
Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities	To drive Treasury efforts to achieve relevant budgeted targets. To supervise and provide guidance for activities related to FX Trading Wi11g and Rates Trading Wing. To propose asset mix decisions and devise strategy for managing Bank’s fixed income portfolio and FX book in line with business objectives and risk appetite. To meet all Primary Dealer Target as set by SBP relevant to Rates Trading activities. To manage FX exposure of the Bank within allocated Um its. To liaise with SBP on all matters relating to interbank trading. To liaise with Treasury Operations for all matters related to interbank trading. To support, engage and liaise for internal/ external auditors/ SBP inspection and ensure audit observations/ issues relevant to interbank trading a,re addressed prudently. Any other responsibility assigned by Head of Treasury.
Assessment lnterview(s)	Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
Employment Type	The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy/ rules.
